W.H. Schussler in 1973 identified 12 inorganic salts which are found in the human body's cells and any change in their quantity disturbs the normal functioning of the cells causing disease. It is believed that by replenishing these inorganic salts in the body you can remove the disease. These salts are known collectively as Bio-Chemics.
Then it was found that a single disease was often the cause of more than one deficient salt. So combinations of these salts were created. These 28 medications which resulted from the combination of the original 12 salts were called Bio- Combinations. Given here is a list of both along with the diseases that they are associated.

Bio Chemics
1. Calcarea Fluorica - is used for varicose veins, piles, cataract, gumboils, arteriosclerosis, hard stony glands.
2. Calcarea Phosphorica - dentition, growth supplement for kids, puberty, pregnancy, old age fractures.
3. Calcarea Sulphurica - Cystic tumours, fibroids, hastens suppuration, eczema.
4. Ferrum Phosphoricum - Anaemia, fever, catarrhal conditions of respiratory tract.
5. Kalium Muriaticum - affections of middle ear, throat, glandular inflammation.
6. Kalium Phosphoricum - prostration, weakness and exhaustion, back pain, depression, sleeplessness, examination fear.
7. Kalium Sulphuricum - Catarrh with yellow discharge, itching of skin or seasonal rashes.
8. Magnesia Phosphorica - Muscular pains, cramps, convulsion, flatulent colic.
9. Natrum Muriaticum -intermittent fever, sun stroke, headache, toothache, stomach ache, diabetes.
10. Natrum Phosphoricum - Sour eructations and vomiting, heart burn, indigestion with acidity, nocturnal enuresis.
11. Natrum Sulphuricum - Gastric biliousness, liver diseases, uric acid diathesis.
12. Silicea - growth disturbances of hair, nails, diseases of bones, caries, skin does not heal easily, weeping eczema, pyorrhoea.

Is there any biocombination which can used for prevention of any disease in case the disease is on the borderline
There are specific medications for specific diseases. For instance if you feel the beginning of a cold a single dose of Aconite would be effective as a preventive.

Yes it is safe to take homeopathy with western medicine. For instance when I have a cold, I will take Bio Combination 6 and also down a crocin along with it.
I love my tissue salts and use them regularly. I have just moved from South Africa to Chengdu, China and wondering where I can buy them here. I wondered if you had any fellow homeopaths here, you could recomend. Otherwise I will buy off the internet or order from S Africa. Do you have any advice for me? I am so pleased to find your site and see u educate people on this fundamental, safe and essential little tissue salt pills.
Getting them off the internet would be the best. I am unaware of any specific sites that offer these products in South Africa, but I'm sure most sites deliver globally these days.
My son is 5 year old and having child asthama. it starts with coughing and end up with wheezing and short of breath. is BC-02 ok for this? also how long can i give Bc-02 (any limit for duration)

In my area it is hard to find an authentic homeopath doctor, though i consulted one of the doctors and he told me to take (bio 9,bio 10 and magne phos ) can you help me in knowing whether they are rightly prescribed or not
