What is magnetic healing : The Body Code or the Emotion Code

Healing with Magnets
Do you think something as inconspicuous as the magnet on your refrigerator can be used for healing purposes? No, a fridge magnet, a healing device? This is a joke right?
Wrong. That small magnet is actually a part of a powerful healing technique called Magnetic Therapy. This form of therapy using magnets to heal the body originated in Japan, but has fast caught the attention of the rest of the world.
It works on the concept that the body is an energy field and a magnet also creates an energy field. So when you apply the right charges to the energy field of the body, you can balance out any disease causing imbalances.
As for the fridge magnet, I was not kidding, you can use it for healing purposes, although it may not be as powerful as a magnet specifically designed for healing work.
The Emotion Code
Bradley Nelson is largely responsible for the popularity of using magnets for healing purposes in the US. He says that all the physical diseases appear because of trapped emotions in the body.So if you remove the cause of the disease the disease will disappear.
His book, The Emotion Code uses many scientific studies to establish this connection. The heightened emotions tend to cause physical reactions in the body. For instance if you are angry and agitated, your heart will beat faster and your blood pressure will rise. If you are frightened by something your body goes on high alert and your brain tells you to flee from the situation.
Then he talks about healing the body by releasing these trapped emotions. The techniques to diagnose and treat the trapped emotions have many skeptics claiming its a scam. At the same time there are a number of people who are ready to swear that they tried everything, but only this magnetic therapy was able to give them relief.
More Energy Healing
- What is Reiki?
Essentially the word Reiki is made up of two symbols Rei and Ki from the Japanese Language. As with the characters it is possible for the symbols to have more than one meaning. Rei can mean ghost, spirit,...
Energy Testing
The techniques that are used to detect trapped emotions in the body make use of a science called Applied Kinesiology. This is based on the study of the energy in the muscles.Though it is called a science, it has come under severe criticism for being as unscientific as possible.
How does it work? The magnetic therapy practitioner will test the energy in your muscles using one of the muscle testing techniques. Then he will ask your body questions like is there a trapped emotion in the body? The body gives an answer via the muscle testing technique in yes or no.
Next comes the permission to release the trapped emotion from the body. If the answer is in the affirmative, magnets are moved over the energy meridians of the body to release the trapped emotion. Then the muscle testing technique is used to confirm if the trapped emotion has been released.

Thanks Cashmere! The body is an amazing thing! I know this treatment, and it does work! Thank you!
It is scientific.
Hi, Thanks for this hub.
Magnets are really a great way to make out the best use in many ways.
I think you have done a good job of presenting this subject. To many it is a mystory. Usually, it takes exhausing all other means for restorying health, you might be open to this.
Such was I
Although magnetic therapy is still largely considered an "alternative" treatment, there actually are a number of scientific studies which have proven that it is effective for treating various conditions.
It was interesting reading this, but it's kind of old news for me. I knew a guy from Calgary, Alberta who was a salesman for verterinary equipment, specifically horses. He was using magnets on horses for instantaneous changes that the riders could feel in the movemnet of their mounts within seconds of the treatment. And I'm talking the international competitors of the Shows at Spruce Meadows. His name was Kim, he was very respected in the show jumping community. It just surprises me that this form of therapy has taken so long to even become a blip on the healthcare radar.

An awesome article, informative and so very well written. I am one who can vouch for magnetic therapy. I am a firm believer.
I have never heard of the emotion code but know first hand about emotions being trapped in the body. I have had many experiences with this and am a firm believer that many diseases are a direct result from trapped emotions in our body.
As I progressed in my own recovery process from sexual abuse, releasing so many trapped emotions along the way, my physical ailments slowly began to get better. I began to recognize the direct connection to my health.
On a physical note my last ditch effort to heal tendonitis in my arm prior to having surgery. I had Tendonitis so bad that I couldn't pick up a cup of coffee. I started to wear a magnet around my elbow to bed and lo and behold it got better. Today I have full use of my arm thanks to magnetic therapy. I have recommended this method to many friends and family members. It really does work.
A great subject for a hub and so very well done.
